I needed to move a number of large furniture items from Collegeville to Chesterbrook within a few days as part of clearing out a house. Litemovers was great. Morgaine, who answered the phone and coordinated everything, was delightful. The men who did the move - Ed, Karl and Drew - were efficient, timely and careful. I couldn’t have been happier with the short notice scheduling and the move itself. I highly recommend Litemovers.

the team was on time, professional, and took care of my belongings and home as if it was their own. All my furniture was wrapped and moved with care. These crew of Rob, Shawn, Karl, Steve & Kevin worked hard for 8 hours. They were professional and extremely capable. We had some tricky situations and they knew just what to do. Moreover, they had excellent team work and division of responsibilities to minimize duplication of effort..

Moved my grandmother from her house to a retirement community. Held her stuff overnight and moved her into a retirement community the next day...due to the pandemic they had to wear face masks the entire time which I know wasn't easy during a humid muggy day but they were still very polite and patient throughout the entire process.

Talked to Ed at first, was told that he would send an email. Never received it. Called back, the woman I spoke with interrupted me and then told me she would call me back. Never heard back. Wouldn’t use them even if they begged me.

I had gone through many moves earlier but this was the smoothest one as per my recollection. Firstly, Ed was very responsive in getting you an accurate quote. He followed up to have a visit to the unit to assess the items to be moved to eliminate any ambiguity. It seemed they are compliant to various norms and was very attentive to the client’s needs. They sent reminders before the actual day and provided certain tips for a hassle-free move thereby saving my cost as well as effort of his own men. The guys arrived right on time and offered me a third person at no additional cost. All I took care was by tipping him extra as he helped us off the record. The boys were very methodical and quickly finished the packing within 1.5 hrs. They even helped us clear two items from our apartment storage. The drive was short and we followed the truck and reached my destination wasting no time. At the site, the furnitures were offloaded with much care and all we did was to show them which item goes where. I would highly recommend litemovers to anyone moving in our community and of course to all my friends in future as long as they are moving within their service area. Overall a job well executed.

They have been excellent. They moved us on the 29th of July. My husband talked to the owner, they are a honest group of 5 men. Personable. Professional. The price was fair. We would use them if we ever moved but we do not plan on moving ever again.

They worked efficiently and with care. My only regret is that I didn't ask them to label boxes more specifically.

Smoothly, almost boring (best thing that can be said of any move!)

Litemovers did a great job from start to finish. They were prompt in contacting me initially and providing an estimate for the move. The movers showed up on schedule and did a very professional job packing the truck. A slightly different crew unpacked the truck at the new house a few days later - they were also equally a pleasure to work with. Their office manager, Joan, does an excellent job keeping you informed about the move and scheduling throughout the whole process. I've heard more than a few stories about bad movers, so I felt very fortunate to have found this company and would definitely recommend them without hesitation to others.

Excellent. A man came to our old home to provide an estimate. They were able to schedule our move with short notice and on a Saturday. They sent us emails with helpful tips for moving and phone contact details should we have any problems during the move.. On moving day, they sent 4 men and 2 trucks. They arrived a bit earlier than planned, and worked non-stop. The men were all courteous and very careful with our belongings. No items were damaged during the move, and they finished sooner than expected which resulted in a lower cost for us. I would definitely recommend them, and I would use them again.

Everyone was great to work with - from Joan who did all the scheduling to the movers themselves. They were on time, efficient and fun to work with. All of the furniture was handled with care as though it were their own and they really appeared to enjoy what they were doing.

The three man crew showed up with two 26-foot trucks and were ready to start prior to the scheduled start time. They quickly and professionally loaded my apartment and then both storage units, which filled both trucks. They got all of it unloaded at the house carefully and without any damage. They worked quickly, finished two hours ahead of schedule and subsequently came in under estimated cost. The movers were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to a friend without a second thought.

Everything went smoothly. There was a delay getting the crew to my apartment, but one call to the office got things straightened out very quickly. The crew worked hard, finished on time and took care that nothing was damaged. Everyone was courteous and friendly. I will definitely use them again on my next move.

Ed and Rob used the detailed information we provided to accurately estimate the requirements of our job (16 foot truck, 2 men, 5 hours). Even with late notice, they were able to change things around to accommodate our request and sent a stellar crew (James Morene and Sean Hamilton). As our job was the crew's second of the day, they called when they were on their way and arrived slightly ahead of schedule. They worked efficiently to carefully package our furniture for safe transport and knew the local area so well that they already had a sense of which route to take to avoid all of the bridges of low-height in our area. James took the lead and worked well with Sean to safely move everything to the location we determined, despite challenges like narrow entry-ways and steep steps. The team was in constant communication with us and didn't seem to fatigue, even though our furniture is solid (to say the least) and our job was apparently one of the toughest they had ever been assigned. We were pleased with LiteMovers from start to finish and highly recommend this company for all of your moving needs!

Very professional and hard working moving crew for local but relatively large move

2 gentlemen arrived with the truck exactly when I was told they would be there. They were both very polite and careful of my belongs. They worked well and efficiently together and got the job done in a timely manner. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the service I received.
